To prohibit food retailers and third party delivery service providers from using technology that uses the personal data of consumer to engage in dynamic pricing, and for other purposes.

Ending Passenger Rail Forced Arbitration Act

To direct the Attorney General to conduct a study on animal cruelty, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to provide enhanced student loan relief to educators, and for other purposes.

Designating May 2026 as "National Electrical Safety Month" in the United States and supporting the goals and ideals of "National Electrical Safety Month" to raise awareness of electrical hazards in homes, schools, and workplaces and the action citizens can take to protect against electrically related hazards.

To amend subsection (q) of section 505 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to clarify the process for denying certain petitions whose primary purpose is to delay the approval of an application submitted under subsection (b)(2) or (j) of such section 505, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the purchase of American Housing supply by Foreign Countries, Adversaries, and Entities of Concern and to require the divestiture of existing housing ownership.
